Presently active in forty-three countries globally, Matching Models has worked up to date with some of the world’s most prestigious brands including Louis Vuitton, F1, Cartier, MTV and Harrods to name just a few.As the company is expanding we are in the process of hiring a sales team for our London office.

The role: This is an incredible opportunity to join the Matching Models Sales Team in our trendy London office! We are looking for someone who can think outside the box and is willing to go the extra mile to approach potential clients and build up relationships. Most of our clients are luxury brands located in central london so it is important that you like to network and have previous experience working in sales. Highly beneficial if you have an existing client database in the events, luxury brands , automotive , HR, marketing industry.This is a role for someone who is hardworking, articulate and confident with immaculate presentation and style. We are looking for a natural social butterfly who is willing to network and approach potential clients outside of the regular office hours.So... yes! Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £2,500.00 /month

Required education:

  • Secondary education

Required experience:

Recruitment sales industry: 2 years

Key responsibilities:

  • Developing strategies to meet annual sales goals.
  • Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing clients with quotations.
  • Preparing periodic sales report showing sales volume and potential sales for CEO & Manager.
  • Act as an Ambassador of the company at trade shows and conventions to increase brand awareness and build sales.
  • Interfaces with other departments to ensure proper set up for successful coordination of events or recruitment.
  • Being in continual contact with clients, building strong long term relationships.
  • Solicits new and existing clients in order to meet budgetary sales expectations.
  • Consistently demonstrates superior customer service skills and acts as a positive role model.
  • Other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the recruitment industry (sales)
  • Experience in networking at prestigious sport events, VIP hospitality areas and exclusive members clubs.
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Work well under pressure
  • Ambitious and goals driven
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • English to a native level, another language is a plus
  • Immaculate presentation and style
  • London based

What we offer: A stimulating, friendly and professional work environment.Competitive salary + commission. You will be entitled to 21 days holiday plus bank holidays.Our offices are located in West London, with easy access from and to London city centre.

Job Type: Full-time

Basic salary: £2500.00 /month + bonus

Required education: High school or equivalent

Required experience: Sales: 2 years
