Travelling PA - London based

Our client, an American pop artist/music composer ,he is also well very well known in the media worldwide, is looking for a PA that can travel with him and is hand on work to help managing both his personal and professional life.

 

He is a well educated and charming gentleman in his early 50s that enjoys working with lively and sophisticated people.

 

Your tasks will include but not limited to: 

• Diary management 
• Arranging domestic and international travel, producing itineraries and making necessary arrangements for visas, hotels and transportation.
• Providing general administrative support and ad hoc personal work as and when required
• Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
• Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations

Requirements:

• London based
• Available to travel (LA - London - Dubai)
• Educated to degree level preferred 
• Previous PA experience minimal 5 years
• English speaking / additional language is a bonus
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Intuitive with excellent organisational skills and receptive to changing needs
• Well spoken and sophisticated
• Bubbly personality and flexible approach 
• Classy and immaculate presentation
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Being able to manage complex matters
