Wage: £100K - £150K

A blue chip international company London based is looking for a brilliant experienced Corporate/Commercial lawyer.

The successful candidate will need to have an immaculate presentation and be able to handle all aspects of corporate and commercial work including mergers and acquisitions, contracts, shareholder and investor agreements to name a few.

Requirements:

Educated to Degree/Master level
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organisational skills
Lawyer with 4/5 years of experience in Corporate/Commercial
Immaculate presentation
Confident and working well under pressure
Accuracy and attention to detail
Available per direct
Available to travel

Key responsibilities:

Drafting and review of commercial contracts
Drafting bespoke commercial contracts
Assisting on corporate and regulatory matters
Negotiate/advise on negotiations of commercial contracts
Advise on any contract disputes and manage litigation matters with external counsel
Support colleagues from across the business with ad hoc legal queries
