The role :

As a Managing Director for Matching Models, our recruitment division, you will be responsible for leading this business and help shape strategy to deliver growth, management of the entity's resources as well as the establishment of strategic goals and formulating plans to make sure those goals are met.

You will be an experienced senior recruitment manager, preferably specialising in the hospitality and events industry. You will manage and lead a team of ten to thirty highly motivated individuals, who would welcome further development and a supportive leadership style.

On offer to the successful applicant is a competitive basic salary dependent upon the amount of experience you hold, along with an uncapped commission structure which will reward your hard work.

We are currently creating our own software system and recruitment Mobile App based on the Matching Models business model, your role will involve to oversee the development.

Key responsibilities:

• Direct the activities and productivity of the organization.

• Provide training and guidance.

• Delegates duties among staff members

• Hire, terminate, and train staff.

• Manage administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the organization.

• Support the organization's strategic alliances and partnership.

• Ensure performance goals are met and set.

• Attend and preside over meetings.

• Participate in strategic planning.

• Represent the organization to the public, key stakeholders and business partners.

• Help create budgets and track expenditures.

Requirements:

• Entrepreneurial spirit who can think outside the box

• Strong business partnering experience at a senior level

• Recruitment experience

• Knowledge in Online Marketing, IT/softwares

• Able to influence relationships with stakeholders across the business

• Demonstrable experience of recruiting techniques including direct sourcing, networking, research and campaigns

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Demonstrable experience of managing multiple deadlines and priorities

• Successful as a people manager

• Strong team player

• Financial and project management skills

• Educated to Degree level -  Business Management and Administration/ Marketing/ HR preferred

• Native English speaker, 35-50 years old
