PA NEEDED FOR A CONSULTANCY COMPANY - LONDON BASED

Matching Models is looking for a PA to managing partner of a leading international consultancy company based in London Mayfair . 

T​his is an incredible opportunity for someone who is well presented, has excellent organisational skills and high standards of professionalism with 2 years + experience.​ The successful PA w​ill be an articulate, polite, conscientious individual who is flexible, personable and hardworking.

PA responsibilities:

• Extensive diary management
• Arranging domestic and international travel, producing itineraries and making necessary arrangements for visas, hotels and transportation
• Providing general administrative support and ad hoc personal work as and when required
• Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
• Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations

PA requirements:

• Previous PA experience 
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Intuitive with excellent organisational skills and receptive to changing needs
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Confident and working well under pressure
