What can pretty people do for your company?

Often we are asked the question "What does it mean, that you staff pretty, talented people?" ...who needs this type of service?

Please find below an example of one of our requests what we daily receive from the clients. And what makes us stand out from an employment agency.

In April our bookers received a request from Cenor Group (Paris based property developer ) for two models that would needed to work as hostesses at their booth during the exhibition. MIPIM is an international real estate event for property professionals. 

They required two blond, beautiful, multilingual girls (Fr/Ger/Eng/Arab) who would take care of the hospitality area and be able to talk to their clients in their native language. They had to understand the real estate industry as well, since the clients would ask questions about certain projects. Besides this, client also requested a brunette and blond model minimum length 176cm. Especially because at certain shows looks are important and make a brand look more succesful.

This was a bit of a challenge, but we found two professional models (Anna Lisa from London and Laura from France) in our database, who are studying business communication, both are working in the real estate industry as estate agents and have plans in setting up their own business.

The client as well as his guests were impressed by our girls, whose exceptional hospitality and communication skills as well as knowledge of the industry helped to create a bespoke enviroment which would lead into business development.

Mr Khoi, president of Cenor Group was very happy with outcome of the show, he closed some important business deals and our models even received a full time contract to start working for a real estate company.
