DOORMAN WANTED FOR EXCLUSIVE RESTAURANT IN LONDON

We are looking for several doormen for an exclusive Mayfair resturant opening its doors at the heart of London. 

As a doorman you will be expected to welcome our customers on arrival and assist them as appropriate guiding them to the reception area. We will offer valet parking to our customers therefore as Doorman you will need to be a proficient driver and work effectively with the other Doormen. In addition the Doorman will help customers when leaving the restaurant to get taxis, provide accurate directions and retrieve cars that have been valet parked. Effective communication with the Maître d’ Team / Reception Team is essential to ensure awareness of business levels each day and any particular special requirements or assistance required for our customers.

We are ideally looking for candidates who: 

1. Have previous experience as a doorman, preferably for a high quality restaurant, private members club or hotel. 
2. Possess strong customer service skills and enjoy interacting with customers.
3. Have a good command of the English language and are very well presented.
4. Impeccable appearance.
5. A knowledge of Mayfair and the surrounding area would be beneficial 
6. Communicate effectively, are friendly and professional 
7. Have a valid UK driving licence and a valid SIA licence
