PA & INTERNATIONAL COORDINATOR

An exciting ad agency, are recruiting for a challenging PA role that would suit a candidate with at least two years’ experience as a PA, and has spent some time working in the Advertising industry with a knowledge of how an agency works. The PA will be supporting the International COO and the CFO, and also taking on the responsibilities of International Coordinator.

Hours:                  9.00am – 6.00pm 

Location:              Victoria

Salary:                  £25-30K depending on experience

Start Date:            ASAP
 

PA responsibilities/tasks:

• Providing effective high-level secretarial and administrative duties
• Responsible for supporting all aspects of diary appointments, managing dates, producing agendas, key paper work for meetings
• Organising extensive travel itineraries for International COO
• Keeping up to date with timesheets and expenses.

International coordinator responsibilities:

• Point person for request from oversea offices including responsibility to fulfill their requests
• Coordinating resources for international pitches
• Arranging and attending strategic and creative reviews as well as rehearsals
• Gathering and sharing work from our offices overseas
• Organising the annual international summit
• Organising travel for members of the International team & overseas offices when needed
• Assisting in booking internal and client meetings
• Internal server management
• Play a key part in the formatting and presentation of VCCP’s credentials and company presentations, new business pitch documents and Client presentations.
