Picture Diary of Matching Models trip to India

On the 25^thof October a fabulous group of hand-picked female models and the Matching Models events team (Lara, Lauren and Marilyn) set off on an adventure to New Delhi, India to take part in promoting the first ever Indian F1 grand Prix and all the festivities surrounding it.

They arrived at Heathrow airport looking glamorous and all ready to go.

When they arrived in Delhi, they all looked just as glam… you would never tell that they had just been on an overnight airplane journey!

Then they were whisked off by luxury transfer to the Jaypee Greens golf resort and spa complex.

Here they are having just arrived and receiving a warm welcome from their host Bollywood superstar Arjun Rampal. Everyone was in high spirits and very excited about the week ahead.

Meanwhile all the final preparations were going on for the Grand Prix, practise, qualifiers and race to commence at the weekend.

The Matching Models team get to work with organising, planning and outlining the schedule for the models, there was a lot to do!

The spectators begin to fill the stands for the big day. It’s time for the girls to get to work hosting the VIP section and welcoming all of the celebrities and glamorous guests. Let the race begin!

With the Grand Prix over and won everyone wanted to let their hair down and have some fun. On Sunday the 30^thof October The Matching Models ladies were to host a private mini-concert by International super-star LADY GAGA at Arjun Rampal’s swanky nightclub LAP. The DJ mixed a stellar set of killer house tunes and the whole crowd were up on their feet dancing in preparation for The Matching Models girls were proving to be excellent hosts, helping the party into full swing by hosting VIP tables and mixing with the stars.

The MM girls pose in front of the LAP photo board with many Bollywood stars and celebrities as the evening gets into full swing. Lara and Lauren spend time hanging out with some of the F1 pilots, including Fernando Alonso.

LADY GAGA was a true superstar and her pitch-perfect performance of five of her hit songs, including Bad Romance was the perfect way to end the week on a high.

With all the hard work over, it was time for the Matching Models gang to indulge in some serious R&R. Seeing the exotic sights of India was on the cards as the ladies were transported to a market place in the heart of Delhi to explore.

After almost one week of hard work, elite parties and events and world class racing it was time for Matching Models to say goodbye to New Delhi and return home, smiling about all the fond memories and experiences from this once in a lifetime trip.
